SPA ETIQUETTE

• We encourage you to arrive prior to your scheduled appointment time to allow adequate time to relax and enjoy our amenities. We offer a eucalyptus steam and sauna, outdoor pool and Jacuzzi and a relaxing garden area. We provide our spa guests with lockers, robes, slippers and amenities for your convenience.
• If you are late for your scheduled appointment time, we will only be able to provide the services in the remaining time.
• Showering is essential prior to entering any of the communal water amenities and before any treatment. Clean skin is able to absorb beneficial extracts and oils.
• To ensure appointments are available to for every guest, we request at least 24 hours advance notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling, or you will be charged the full service fee.
• We regret that we cannot be responsible for personal items. We recommend that you leave jewelry at home or in your hotel room safe.
• For the comfort and consideration of other guests, we ask that you please turn off all cell phones.
• Spa services are provided to guests 16 years and older. An adult must accompany guests under the age of 18.
• We accept cash and all major credit cards for payment. For your convenience, gratuities are left to the discretion of our guests. Envelopes are provided should you wish to leave a cash gratuity.
• Please advise your therapist of any allergies, injuries or other conditions prior to treatment.
• Enjoy spa treatments in the comfort of your hotel room, including massage, facial treatments and nail services for an additional fee of $50 per service.
• Spa packages & Bridal packages can be customized for any occasion or group size. Please inquire with our Spa Concierge about package discounts.
• LOYALTY REWARDS – Earn 1 point for every dollar spent at the SPA and redeem for spa services.
• Recycling Program – for every empty regular size bottle returned to the spa, you get 5% discount on your retail purchase. (applies to retail lines carried at the spa only.)
